2017 program

“I REACHED OUT TO DREW IN SEPTEMBER OF 2017 AFTER JOINING THE AIR FORCE. I WASN’T HAPPY WITH THE WAY I LET MY BODY GET AND I DECIDED IT WAS TIME FOR A MAJOR CHANGE IN MY LIFESTYLE. I WAS SOMEWHERE IN THE 185-190 RANGE WHEN I STARTED AND WITH THE HELP OF DREW’S PROGRAM AND CHANGING MY DIET I AM NOW AT A MUCH HEALTHIER LEANER 175 LBS! I’M SUPER EXCITED ABOUT MY PROGRESS SO FAR AND I’M EAGER TO SEE WHERE IT GOES FROM HERE SINCE STARTING TO TRACK MY MACROS. I’VE ALWAYS TRIED TO REMAIN SOMEWHAT HEALTHY AND FIT, BUT THESE PAST FEW YEARS HAVE TAKEN A TOLL ON MY BODY AND TRUTH IS I JUST DIDN’T HAVE ANY DIRECTION IN NUTRITION/EXERCISE.
